Weekly Wednesday Workout: Plank Up Jacks
Happy April Fool’s Day! Time to work the full body PLUS get that heart going too! THIS move is NO JOKE. 😉
This one is a move that I am all too familiar with, I do a lot of the up down planks with my personal trainer but adding the jacks takes it to a whole new level. The up down planks are hard enough–it’s one of those moves that doesn’t look all that hard until you actually get to doing them. The jacks while in the plank are equally as hard! Combine the two and you have got a nice hard move that even more effective.
