Weekly Wednesday Workout: Pelvic Tilts

Time to work on that core and rear!


I have done these many times in total body class…doen’t mean that I have always liked them! I start doing them and they feel fine except after a few of them I quickly feel the burn! I Kinda love how relaxed this exercise looks but when you get into it, it is far from innocent. 🙂

I like how you said they look relaxed but really aren’t! I can see where you would feel the burn quickly.

I can’t believe I have never done this!? This is perfect timing because I need to strengthen my hips and glutes for all this training! Thank you!!! I will definitely be doing this post-track workout today 🙂

Did these when I was younger and yet again sadly somethings I just cant do anymore with a bad lower back, but these really were great for toning all that booty muscle 🙂

These are amazing. I recently learned these and squats are actually great for pregnant ladies. And all this time I thought it was kegels! LOL.
