Happy Friday y’all!
This week was one of those rare weeks that absolutely flew by. It might have have something to do with the fact that I attended 5 events this week. Yes, I know. The good part though? They were all really amazing and I can’t wait to share all the good stuff with you, trust me you don’t want to miss it next week!
Can you believe that there is only 2 weeks to theΒ A Healthy UΒ Conference?! I am so excited because I am going to see some of my favoriteΒ bloggers like Brittany, Allie, Patty, Lia and Carly to name a few! Plus there will be a lot of friends, co-workers and New people to meet too!
Planning a conference is no joke. There is a lot of hard labor and planning that has gone into this. We have really thrown our hearts and souls into making this dream came and I can’t wait to see it come to fruition in just a couple of weeks. Hats off to those who plan overnight conferences–amazing.

Our healthy living panelists will arm you with the tools you need including how to properly count calories, food preparation tips and how to read a nutrition label correctly.In addition to the practical aspect of healthy eating, we will be delving into the mental side of things as well. We will explore the difficulties of maintaining a healthy diet and ask the questions like ‘Why don’t we make better food choices?” “How do I start cleaning up my diet today?”We will arm you with balanced practical solutions for healthy eating & and you will leave with the confidence that eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult.

We all lead very busy lives, one of the hardest things to do is findΒ time to for fitness. We have assembled a dynamic group of FitnessΒ experts to have a candid conversation on what it takes to get fit andΒ how you can do it starting today.We will discuss solutions to your biggest workout issues includingΒ finding time to workout, frequency of workouts, the correct type ofΒ fitness for your body.The mind body connection is a crucial part of any fitness regime, weΒ will discuss ways and methods you can use to stay mentally engaged inΒ your healthy living journey. We will focus on how to deal withΒ setbacks, stress, and distractions.
You will leave this session empowered with ways to find time forΒ fitness and take your workouts to the next level.

Seriously wish I don’t have a packed weekend that weekend, because it sounds like it is going to be an amazing conference and hope if you do this again that I will be able to attend!! π

I am so sad to miss it but we’re all over the place the first three weekends of May. I was with Allie yesterday and we were talking about how awesome it would be to meet you and see you in your total element here.

I am currently in a sadly state. I thought I could come, but the realization that it’s Mother’s Day weekend just hit me. π
