Weekly Wednesday Workout: Lateral Shoulder Raise with Abs Twist
Unlike most of the exercises I share on the Weekly Wednesday Workout, this one is actually brand new to me! I love it however because it does double duty. Double duty exercises are really great because they target more than one trouble spot:
As you can see this move works on the shoulders and the abs. Working on the abs requires that you hit all muscles including the obliques. The great part about this is that you can tighten your abs while executing the move for even more results.
I can’t wait to try this one out in the gym! I will look so *smart*. LOL
