Weekly Wednesday Workout: Upright Super Crunch Abs Exercise

Time to work those abs!

This is a great abs workout for those of use that don’t necessarily love getting down on the gym floor to do crunches. What I like about this move is that it work the abs, but also your balance and your legs. The work really comes in when you squeeze on the end of the twist. Exercise ball optional!

My balance is ok but not great. I would definitely have to do these ridiculously slow so I don’t fall down…lol. Great move!

LOVE this move and have never seen it! I absolutely hate using the mats at the gym because well, they are pretty gross. And yes, I’m the person who wipes them down before and after I use them…and then go wash my hands. The gym is a dirty place so the less I have to be on the floor, the better!!
