Weekly Wednesday Workout: Lying Leg Raises
My abs are my trouble spot, if I had to choose one area that I could put a magic wand on it would be my abdominal area. The great thing is, its going down, which is awesome but only because I have really started to give them the attention that they deserve. My old workout involved a lot of lifting and squats and etc, but all the while I left the core alone. Time to change ALL of that!
This one I love because it can be done during your favorite TV show on the floor of your living room or even at the gym. These are no joke! I’m not looking for six pack abs but I AM looking to wear some form fitting dresses this spring and summer SANS the bulge. 🙂
