It’s Valentines Day Weekend!
Earlier today I walked down to flatiron plaza to get cozy in the Snuggle Den. The point of the snuggle den was for people to walk in and share how they felt with their loved ones. Snuggle did a survey that showed that a lot of people don’t share with the people that they love how they truly felt about them–so here was their chance!
People were lined up outside in the cold to meet Snuggle Bear and Actress/Comedian/talk show host Loni Love (see what they did there?) while writing touching love notes to the loves of their life.
Loni Love joined Snuggle Bear to warm up the Big Apple and help New Yorkers “bear” their heart to their loved ones right before Valentine’s Day. In a recent survey, Snuggle found a significant proportion of people (37%) admit to being challenged when it comes to expressing heart-felt emotion to those they care about– so Loni and Snuggle hit the streets to help!
“With a name like mine, I’m all about the love. But although I always encourage people to be real and open with their emotions, even I can have a hard time telling someone special how I really feel,” said Loni Love. “I’m thrilled to have partnered with Snuggle Bear today to help everyone ‘bear’ their hearts on Valentine’s Day. You can never have too much love.” -Loni Love
The great part was that after they shared their notes, took a picture, it was placed on the snuggle board for all to see! It was such a cool sight to see so many awesome people “bear”-ing their hearts!
Patrons also got free items like super cute hats, snuggle blankets, and of course a beautiful soft and cuddly snuggle bear. There were snuggle samples being given away to passerbys too!
One of the cutest parts of this campaign? The LovEmojis. This is so cute. Yes I totally downloaded it so I could drive my hubby a little crazy on Valentine’s Day. It’s what I do.
It’s really cold in the northeast this weekend but you can snuggle up with your sweetheart and bear your heart to them! You can send your own love note at snugglebearyourheart.com for free. It’s easy and it takes two minutes. It can be for your hubby, your best friend, I plan on doing one for my eldest boy!
What are your plans for valentines day? Who do you need to Bear Your Heart to?
