Weekly Wednesday Workout: Decline Pushup with a Side Crunch
I know I have shared pushups with you before but I especially like this version, the really good thing about these is that you can do these at home on top of a couple of phone books (do those still exist?!) or even a step stool. Instead of twisting you are doing more of a knee crunch on the side.
These are great because they hit a very hard to reach problem area including the obliques, while upping the intensity of the pushups because of the height addition. I definitely want to try these because I can’t deny the kickass factor of this one! Except I will not be in a sports bra only. 🙂
