Weekly Wednesday Workout: Single Leg Hip Lifts
Its been 3 weeks since our last Weekly Wednesday Workout! Say What?! So let’s bring the new year in with a all over move that will challenge even the fittest of the fit!
So I’m definitely not going to tell you how easy this is, and that anyone can do it because that would be malarkey. However, I will tell you that with practice you can get better at these, I would start with a few then work my way up. When I tried these I just couldn’t after 5. #realtalk! This is a great move however to work on the lower body and abs. It takes a lot of core strength to lift yourself up on one leg like this. WHEN I learn to master these I am going to be popping my collar like no other because these are TOUGH!
