Weekly Wednesday Workout: Bench Raises
Today we are working that booty!
I love this exercise! If you don’t have a gym bench then stairs should work just fine too! This one is definitely not as hard as last week but you still get a great burn and you hit multiple muscles groups too. This is a great anytime exercise. I did about 10 of them before I started to really feel it. It’s a great way to tone and shape your rear end!
