Weekly Wednesday Workout: Bench Raises
Today we are working that booty!

I love this exercise! If you don’t have a gym bench then stairs should work just fine too! This one is definitely not as hard as last week but you still get a great burn and you hit multiple muscles groups too. This is a great anytime exercise. I did about 10 of them before I started to really feel it. It’s a great way to tone and shape your rear end!

Oh my, I need to do that! I was so upset recently to discover that as awesome as planks are, they’re not the end-all for rear ends! Maybe there are ways to do it that do exercise that part. Hmm.
Anyway, I’ll do anything to work it!
planks are still a really great exercise. Booties seem to be all the rage these days……I think I feel a blog post coming on. haha

Never tried it before, but I’m not opposed to it. I’ve been inspired to whip my booty into shape after I saw the article of the 20 year old girl in Manhattan with the biggest and roundest plumpest booty I’ve ever seen and posts photos of it on Instagram. Once I saw that, I knew I had to get back to fitness to make my butt look cute again.
she has been ALL over the news here!! I am so sick of seeing that booty. LOL
This is the perfect exercise for the preggy lady. I’m going to talk to hubby about this one later!

Work those buns girl!!! I actually did this on a bench with my class last nightβ¦then we did single leg. I’m pretty sure they hate me today π In a good way, of course!
