Weekly Wednesday Workout: 3 Way Lunges
Let’s work on those sexy stems shall we?
Lunges are one of my favorite exercises! I do them all the times usually in combination with squats. This is a fun twist to the classic move. I like the fact that by doing all three lunge positions, you can hit multiple leg muscles all in one workout. This one is perfect for the gym and even more perfect for the living room (no equipment required!). The best part though? The heart rate gets GOING! So its a great cardio AND strength training exercise. Double duty. 🙂
