Okay so I have been a little bit intrigued with this crossfit phenomena, but I have been unable to take a class yet (because they are so darn expensive) so I found a really great move on YouTube that I could seamlessly add to my routine:
Oh my! These are HARD. I know my core was weak but I didn’t realize it was THIS weak. When I tried to do these I was pretty shocked at how difficult it was for me. I have to continue to work pretty hard on my abs to be able to do a full set of these. On my first try I was only able to complete about 6 of these and the technique wasn’t very smooth at ALL.
I will try to do these at least twice a week, and build my abdominals back to its former glory! (not talking a six pack, because that will never happen, but certainly toned and non puffy)
Would you try this AB exercise?
