These I can manage! They are a bit easier to handle than the constant gogogo of burpees. Did you guys notice that she is on her tippie toes for the entire exercise? One thing I realized while doing this move is that you should keep your core engaged as much as possible to really feel the burn. It’s another great alternative to on the floor crunches!
