Taste Of The Nation: Amazing Food For a Great Cause!

Taste Of The Nation- The Mouth Watering Experience-5418Have you guys ever heard of Taste of the Nation? It is a event that takes place all over the US starring some amazing and incredible food from world class chefs, near and far. The event is the premier culinary fundraiser series for No Kid Hungry, which brings together the nation’s top chefs, mixologists and tastemakers across the country.

Taste Of The Nation- The Mouth Watering Experience-5411

The food was absolutely mind blowing. But more on that later.

Last week I was invited to Taste of the Nation in downtown Manhattan by LG. They have a new array of home appliances including microwaves, fridges, dishwashers and more. I got the opportunity to check out some of the new products as LG has been named the official home appliance sponsor of Taste of the Nation.

In our country, 16 million children struggle with hunger. But they aren’t hungry because of a lack of food or programs–they are often hungry because of a lack of access to food,” said Debbie Shore, co-founder of Share Our Strength. “LG is a brand that holds family mealtime at the core of its values. Together, LG and No Kid Hungry can make sure more kids across the country are getting the healthy meals they need, every day. Together, we can end childhood.
I was excited to check out all they had in store, and I wasn’t disappointed.

The first appliance that I was introduced to was the oven.  The LG Black Stainless Steel Series with 6.7 cu.ft. Capacity Electric Double Oven Range with EasyClean® was just stunning. First, it is beautiful on the outside–but I was really impressed with what it could DO. I have always wanted a double oven that could bake two different dishes simultaneously! This one does that and more plus it has a really cool self clean feature that makes oven cleaning a breeze.Taste Of The Nation- The Mouth Watering Experience-5355

Next I was introduced to the LG Black Stainless Steel Series 30 cu.ft. 4-DoorFrench Door Refrigerator with CustomChill™ Drawer. It really was stunning. So many compartments and shelves that slide, a special place for vegetables, and tons of space for your food. I pretty much fell in love right on the spot.

Finally I got to meet the LG Black Stainless Steel Series Fully Integrated Dishwasher with TrueSteam™. The dish racking system actually folds into itself so that it can fin even the largest of pots. Plus the powerful yet gentle TrueSteam™ virtually eliminates the need to pre-wash. The built-in TrueSteam™ generator also enables gentle cleaning for fragile items (like stemware), and can also be used for heavy-duty cleaning like pots and pans.

The Food

Taste Of The Nation- The Mouth Watering Experience-5348

The event was held just steps away from One World Trade Center, on the 43rd floor with a view that was just out of this world. When I entered the building there was cupcakes provided and yes, I totally took one. They were too cute to resist!

Taste Of The Nation- The Mouth Watering Experience-5344

The atmosphere was buzzing and the band was just so great. There were two floors with all kinds of drinks, foods and desserts. And this little mini donut treat was incredible.

Taste Of The Nation- The Mouth Watering Experience-5414Taste Of The Nation- The Mouth Watering Experience-5405 Taste Of The Nation- The Mouth Watering Experience-5384

I tried a lot of things that night but my favorite was this pork dirty taco. I think I might have had three!

Taste Of The Nation- The Mouth Watering Experience-5400

The desserts would not be outdone though. There was a Sundae Parlor that had a line down the block, which is understandable because, really, is there anything better than ice cream with your favorite toppings?!

Taste Of The Nation- The Mouth Watering Experience-5394

There was also an amazing band playing some great tunes all night:

SAMSUNG CSCLast week I was invited to a boxing class at Aerospace NYC to celebrate the release of a new detergent made specifically for workout clothes. I don’t know about you guys but this concept is wayyy overdue for me. I workout so much and honestly the regular detergent doesn’t clean my fitness clothes all the way through causing me to put them back in for a second or third wash. HEX Detergent is made specifically for stink sweaty workout clothes so I was excited to learn all about them!

SAMSUNG CSC

I arrived to the beautiful Aerospace and was again so blown away by the location. Usually when you think of boxing you think dark, sweaty, rough type of places. Instead the atmosphere is painted a beautiful white, with a (dare I say inviting) boxing ring prominent as soon as you walk in the door.

HEX Detergent-5189

There was a pretty cool setup of HEX products and there were even branded boxing wraps that was perfect for the event.

SAMSUNG CSC

I was able to get wrapped pretty quickly and we had our house of staying upstairs (which is what I did last time) or going downstairs with the punching bags. With all that I’ve been going through lately I didn’t hesitate to jump on the bags.

HEX Detergent-5225

The workout was beyond anything I could have imagined. I’ve taken boxing before, in fact I took classes weekly for 6 months, but never like this. First my instructor laced up some old school gloves right up my arms. Once I was in those babies there was no scratching, no checking of time–nothing. We warmed up with some squats and arm swings and we were off to the races.HEX Detergent-5230

HEX Detergent-5231

The class consisted of lots of punch combinations, jabs, uppercuts, hooks and right crosses. We would start off slow and to the beat and before long we were on the bag doing combinations in rapid fire movements. It was completely wiped the end but wow, I’d so go again in a heart beat.

HEX Detergent-5235

When we were finished, we all gathered together to share war stories and eat yummy granola bars for recovery. We learned more about the HEX detergent from Founder and professional athlete, Drew Westervelt.

HEX Detergent-5219

Check out more about facts about the HEX detergent:

  • HEX is an innovative new laundry solution that actually removes the bacteria causing stink and grime in all of your clothes. Traditional detergent focuses more on scents and stains, and can actually cause bacteria to multiply in clothing made from synthetic fabrics (think athleisure, pretty much anything from H&M, etc.) In fact, a lululemon shirt washed 5x in traditional detergent went from 187k bacteria to 747k bacteria – GROSS!
  • Founded by a professional lacrosse player looking to finally find a way to clean his clothes and gear, HEX reimagined what a laundry solution should be and created an eco-friendly, natural chemistry detergent & booster that not only cleans everything in your laundry basket – from grimy towels and sports bras to stylish dresses and your favorite yoga pants – but even protects them against future odor-causing bacteria and grime.
  • Launching on April 25 with their new look & new line of scented products rolled out to more than 2000 stores (including 150+ Target locations) around the country (as well as online),HEX is starting a laundry revolution.

SAMSUNG CSC

I was able to try the detergent on my own stinky fitness clothes and I am happy to report that the clothes came out super fresh and without any hints of stink. It’s magical! (smells good too :))

Peter and the Wolf-5139Last week I had the opportunity to not only meet the legendary rock icon, Alice Cooper, but I also got his autograph, shook his hand and took a picture with him after spending a good amount of time listen to him talk about all things Rock n Roll and his role in the new children’s app “Peter & The Wolf In Hollywood”.

Peter and the Wolf-5179

But let me start from the beginning.

Peter and the Wolf-5139

The amazing Maria Bailey and team invited me to Universal Music offices to chat with the creators of the new interactive children’s app Peter and The Wolf In Hollywood. The offices were beautiful and I was so excited to learn the history of behind the new children’s app.Peter and the Wolf-5182

The producers showed us clips of the app and I will admit I was smitten. It wasn’t your ordinary kids app that seems almost like pointless entertainment. What I loved about this app was that it acted as a storybook. The story is narrated and the kids have to press an arrow to proceed to the next page, which keeps them engaged with the story. Whether it’s you reading the story to the kids at bedtime or if you allow the app to narrate, you can break up the 50 minute long story into small 15 minute segments so the kids can enjoy in small portions before bedtime.

SAMSUNG CSC

An Introduction to Classical Music

The one thing that you don’t hear much about is the music, but the music on Peter and the Wolf in Hollywood is really out of this world. There is beautiful classical music scores by Prokofiev, Wagner, Mahler, and more! The National Youth Orchestra of Germany plays the soundtrack to Peter & The Wolf in Hollywood so perfectly and you can really close your eyes and get absorbed in the music. Peter and the Wolf-5150Peter and the Wolf-5152

The first children’s app ever created by visual artist Doug Fitch, and producer Edouard Getaz — they shared bits and pieces of the story. It was impossible not to get excited about it as you can tell they put so much hard work into the project. The app was created by a mix of theater, live filmmaking, puppetry, music, and visual art. The best part? The Peter and the Wolf in Hollywood was narrated by the rock legend Alice Cooper.

Peter and the Wolf-5158

The Legend Himself

Peter and the Wolf-5167

We were all so excited when he entered the room, we all knew we were in the presence of greatness. It was also the same day that Prince passed away so it was an extra reminder to me to appreciate all of our artists in the present.

The edgy rockstar lends his voice to every character in the story – from Peter, to the wolf, to Peter’s grandpa, to the myriad talking animals in between. “It was sort of like going back to being 5, 6, 7 years old,” he says.

After he was done chatting with us he was nice enough to not only sign autograph copies of Peter and the Wolf posters, but he also took photographs with all of us bloggers which was just so great!

Every year the fabulous ladies at Momtrends hold an travel event that gives us the latest trends and lots of different ways to make travel easier. This year (the 6th year!) did not disappoint!

MomTrends travel-4909

The event was held at Ivviva, a super stylish bright store located in the heart of Union Square. From the makers of LuLuLemon this store is a athletic wear store for young girls between 6-12 years old. The designs were so cute and amazing, I was actually kind of sad that the clothes weren’t in my size–actually maybe that’s a good thing because I would have bought the entire store with the 20% discount they offered us.
MomTrends travel-4976 MomTrends travel-4979
As my babies get older and much, much, much easier to handle–I’m looking to become a real traveling family, a family that tries at least one new place/state/country a year, and can not only travel but travel WELL. That’s the plan at least! Last year we visited Philly, DC, Florida and countless sights all over NYC. We already have TWO trips to Florida planned this year and I hope to add more soon!
MomTrends travel-4905
This year we had a ton of fun vendors to check out including EBags who has recently expanded into selling athletic wear and travel accessories such as portable chargers and Birkenstocks. They still sell their signature bags as well including little pouches to help you keep the small things organized. Or in my case, a spare change of clothes for boys.
MomTrends travel-4901 MomTrends travel-4900
They also shared with us a new computerized card that you can put in your bag and track it by your phone. It’s insane!! So now you can find your bag with a quick check on your phone–isn’t that amazing? No more lost bags!! They are still in production but mannnnn when those babies come out I want one!!
MomTrends travel-4907
Guardian repellent was also on hand sharing with us their non toxic mosquito repellant. They are DEET FREE and protects against most viruses that Mosquitos carry.

So many other great vendors such as Igloo, Hershey Park and Canyon Ranch whose body care products smelled so unbelievably good!
MomTrends travel-4910
Finally it was presentation time and we got to learn some tips and tricks about family travel. The awesome folks at Family Fun Magazine shared these gems with us:
  • The Hotel Hershey is the most popular hotel on the east coast
  • Top Local historic site is Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island museum
  • Most popular museum is The Strong Museum Of Play in Rochester
  • Top family friendly city is Boston (I think this may be our next destination spot!)
We also heard about the top apps for family travel:
Traveling with family soon? Check out these 5 MUST HAVE TRAVEL APPS FOR FAMILY VACATIONS
  • Mommy Nearest App – which is like a yelp for parents, giving you all of the family friendly restaurants/activities/information regardless of where you are!

  • TripIt App – Keeps all of your various reservations, tickets, confirmations ALL in one place for easy access!

  • Disney World App – (I told yall it’s pretty amazing)

  • Kid and Coe – The website and app provide family friendly vacation rentals — Think of it as an AirBNB for families!

  • Packpoint – PackPoint will organize what you need to pack based on length of travel, weather at your destination, and any activities planned during your trip–how many shirts do you need for the trip, are there laundry mats near by the hotel?

I actually won a beautiful bag, scarf and statement necklace from Talbots and I was over the moon because I absolutely love the classic style of Talbots.

Are you doing any #familytravel this year? You need these 5 important #apps! #MomtrendsTravel

A strong upper body can improve your running. Find 6 different upper body workouts for runners here.

I have always been a fan of strong arms on ladies. For some reason a lot of women believe that lifting weights and doing arm specific exercises will result in super bulky scary man arms–this is completely untrue. When you lift weights and train your arms, you get a gorgeous defined womanly upper body that make any sleeveless dress look amazing! Plus it doesn’t hurt to look even better in your running tanks in your race photos!

Not to mention that upper body strength is essential for good running posture. Since running is a complete body sport, in addition to the squats/lunges/calf raises we do, we need to make sure we are paying equal attention to the biceps and triceps too so that we can stay upright at the end of races.

Just in time for sleeveless tops for the summer I have teamed up with my favorite group of bloggers for our Monthly Workout For Runners, and for April we are focusing on Upper Body Workouts. So here are 6 upper body workouts for sexy arms!!

Ratchet + Clank-4863 Last weekend I had the chance to attend a preview screening of Ratchet + Clank the movie! For those of you not familiar with the awesome game for PlayStation, it’s about a little cat-like guy named Ratchet who becomes a superhero with his friend Clank, a robot (intended to be built for evil) but instead had a defect and joined the good guys. Ratchet + Clank-4861 We all jumped on two trains and a bus; had some CRAZY train trouble but we’re so happy when we finally made it. When we arrived there were tons of snacks like pizza and (of course) popcorn.Ratchet + Clank-4855 Ratchet + Clank-4854 We grabbed our 3D glasses and settled in quickly as we had missed a couple minutes. (Story of my movie going life) but it was all good because the story line was super easy to follow–we could see who were the bad guys and who were the good guys. I recognized some of the voices right away but couldn’t put my finger on it until the end. The movie starred the voices of Rosario Dawson, and John Goodman to name a few. The actual movie was really engaging and fun. You all know that usually with kid movies I just grin and bear it for the kids, but this one actually had me laughing out loud. My eldest even looked at me sideways with a surprised face!

There were some comedic moments especially a “hashtag” scene that I might have identified a bit too closely with. You will know what I mean when you see it! The movie had several great messages including the fact that people make mistakes and it’s okay to forgive them. Also one of the quotes in the movie really tugged at my heart and it was this one: “You don’t have to do big things to be a hero, just the right things”. Yes. I found myself reflecting in those words because how often do we make people who do BIG things heroes? What about the small things? The unselfish things? They are just as much heroes as anyone else! SAMSUNG CSC The best part? When the lights turned on I was SO excited to see my friends and their kids including Janine, Staci and Christine in the audience. It was like a blogger friend Christmas and it made me even sadder that the trains delayed us so much because we could have spent some extra time with them. Ratchet + Clank-4852 I highly recommend the Ratchet + Clank movie as there is lots of action, drama, comedy and of course lessons that are taught throughout the film. My boys loved it and they are already asking to watch it again. Check it out and let me know what you think! Ratchet + Clank IN THEATERS FRIDAY.

Are you going to check out the movie?

The Magic Of Grandmothers

With a very sad heart I have to share with you that I lost my grandmother last weekend.

11-01-CD1

It wasn’t a complete shock, we had been warned by doctors for days that the end was near. 3 weeks ago she caught an infection that made her already very sick body even sicker and unable to handle the multiple illnesses.

My grandma had been sick for a very, very long time. Almost 4 years. She was bedridden and my mom and aunt took care of her round the clock. Although there was so much mayhem in her body, she still had all her mental faculties so we would have conversations about what’s going on “outside” all the time. Every time I left her we exchanged I love yous and I would pray that somehow, someway she would get better.

My grandmother was so special. But aren’t they all? The grandmother magic is not something to be messed with. It is such a special bond that is so much a part of your soul.

My grandmother and I shared a similar bond to the ones my kids have with my mom. My grandmother cared for me while my mom was at work–walking me up and down the Brooklyn streets until her feet got tired. I slept in bed with her until I was 15 years old.

I had my own beautiful room, my own bed, my own TV and yet I went upstairs to sleep with her every single night. Calling her when she was out on the town like “What time you coming home because I need to go to sleep!!” Taking up half her bed because I didn’t want to sleep with anyone else, not even myself, just her.

When I got into my teens she taught me how to cook. I was excited about this because she cooked THE BEST dinners for me as a kid. So grateful for the cooking foundation she provided.

Also when I went through a really rough tween period she was there to protect me from my mom when she was about to lose her mind. She’d make sure I did my homework or that I was watching something appropriate on TV. She cared so deeply for me.

When I heard that she was gone it wasn’t a surprise, but it was almost as if a hole was ripped out of my heart simultaneously. I’ve been keeping busy with events, blogging, running, work–anything to temporarily close the gap. I am most aware when I am still.

Although the pain is raw, I’ve had so many people reach out in support. So many people to say hey–I’m here–do not do this by yourself. The truth is while I am devastated that she is not here with us anymore, I am relieved that she is also not suffering anymore too. As a Christian I believe that she is in heaven and I will see her and my grandpa again–and it will be so great.

Are you getting enough water?? 5 Hydration Mistakes You May Not Even Know Your're Making

Last week I had the chance to attend an event held by Camelbak, and I walked out with a whole new view on my own personal hydration views and how I can be a better human by drinking more water.

I had the chance to meet Kate Geagan, America’s Favorite Nutritionist at the event. She shared some amazing, eye opening tips with me about water intake, but more on that later.

Check out this baby:

160412_CamelBak_02

I have been obsessed with CamelBak products for a really long time, my daily water bottle at work AND the one I use at home is Camelbak. SO when they introduced me to the new CamelBak Chute Water bottle I was completely in love. First it comes in pretty colors which is like amazing, but it keeps water cold (like ice cold) for up to 48 hours. I didn’t believe it, so I left ice water in there for 2 days on my kitchen table…the ice was still there!

Check out the other awesomeness about the new Chute:

  • Vacuum insulation keeps beverages cold for 24 hours (larger version longer!) and hot for 6 hours
  • Angled spout provides an ergonomic drink interface that delivers a high flow of water without sloshing or spilling
  • The spout cap threads internally so there is no more drinking off those uncomfortable bottle threads

1) How does hydration impact performance in the office or the classroom?

Here’s the amazing thing. If you look around any office or classroom in the middle of the day at the group of people, roughly half of them are probably mildly dehydrated. And it’s directly related to sagging energy. As your day progresses, here’s how you can dump that late afternoon energy slump: Instead of sugary snacks or caffeine drinks for a jolt of energy, pack a nourishing snack (i.e. almonds or seeds plus a piece of fruit, or some hummus and veggies) and 2 cups of water from your BPA free bottle for a high quality, clean sustained energy that will supercharge your mind and body.

·      I tell people to think of it like your Mood, Mind, and Mojo: research from U Conn has pinpointed what happens as the day drags on:

·      1% dehydration can impact your mood, making you crabby and irritable, having a shorter fuse with your coworkers.

·      2% dehydration: Your short term thinking, problem solving and memory no longer functions at it’s peak. Meaning you’re not bringing you’re A game to that meeting or project.

·      3% dehydration: Muscle strength and power diminish significantly, sapping the intensity (and results) of your workout.

As a general rule, you should be hitting the restroom every 1-2 hours, and it should be light in color like lemonade, not dark like apple juice.

2) Should people worry about over hydration?

For the average person, this is a much lower risk of concern than the chronic under hydrating most of us are doing.

In some rare instances during long endurance events, people can overhydrate, causing their electrolyte concentrations (esp sodium) to drop too much in their blood, leading to serious health complications.

3) How much water do kids need before/after their sports activities?

Here’s the link to the IOM guideliens on total daily water intake goals by age group.

The best way to keep your child well hydrated (which is key to feeling and performing their best) throughout the school day is to encourage them to drink plenty of water: Water makes up roughly 60% of a persons body weight (and even a bit more in children). While it sounds simple, Evidence http://www.nutritionj.com/content/12/1/85  from recent NHANES data suggests that virtually no demographic of children in the US comes close to satisfying the Institute of Medicine’s recommendations for water.

One tip I do have for parents who want to cut back on added sugars or if they have a child who’s at risk for overweight, obesity or type II Diabetes: Swap out sugary sweetened beverages, juice drinks, energy drinks and even “enhanced” waters, (many of which can contain calories or artificial colors) in lunch boxes, backpacks and sports bags. Replace it wish a fun, colorful, reusable BPA free water bottle instead  that your kids love. Encourage your child to put it on their desk first thing in the morning as part of their “unpack” routine, and fill it up as needed (USDA school lunch requirements now require water fountains be available at lunchtime for all children, offering an easy place to refill).

For older kids, having set times or goals to drink at school or before sports practice can also help: Be sure to sip at snack time, refill at lunch time, be sure to drink half of a kids bottle before soccer, etc. Tying it to a benefit they crave (more energy, better performance on the field) can also be helpful to get them to drink up!

Remember too, kids will drink more if they like the temperature-hot day? Fill with ice (or the CamelBak Chute which keeps water chilled for hours, is another great option).

4) Should you hydrate first thing in the morning?

Yes. I always recommend starting with 8-12 ounces of water to help send signals to your gut that the overnight fast is over (which can help spur digestion and keep you regular), and to help you hydrate/energize for the day, as well as flush your kidneys. A wedge of fresh lemon or lime adds a dose of vitamin C and brightens the flavor of plain water.

5) How much water should adults get post workout?

As a general rule, for every pound of body weight lost during exercise (say that Hot yoga! Or a spin class! Or a soccer game), you should replenish with 16 oz. water.

Hydration is an essential cornerstone of virtually any other health and fitness goal you have, since the body is about 60% water. What most people don’t realize is how being fully hydrated optimizes performance:

Yes, you can muddle through something dehydrated, but the effort will feel a lot greater, and you’ll be more tired after. Peak hydration helps you exert your best sustained effort and intensity during an event, boosts your resilience so you can go longer, and help you recover faster from athletic endeavors.

Being well hydrated also helps keep your immune and digestive systems functioning at their peak, help your body stay cool, maintains blood volume so the heart can pump vigorously to supply a steady stream of oxygen and nutrients to tissues (with even mild dehydration stroke volume can decrease), as well as flushing wastes and toxins that can build up during sustained exercise.

Thank you so much to Kate & Camelbak for the awesome information!

Did you learn anything new today? Do you try your best to stay hydrated all day?

From going to the gym, or jogging in the park we move our bodies to maintain our overall health. An important part of our bodies that we need to maintain are our EYES.

Eye health is so important, I personally have not needed glasses as of yet but my mom didn’t require glasses until her mid thirties. I am extra aware of this fact so I’m so prepared to purchase glasses in the near future. My husband on the other hand has terrible vision–he went for years wearing the same glasses and refused to go to get his eyes checked out until his glasses actually broke.

Don’t be like my husband.

Eye health is extremely important especially because of the amount of time we spend looking at our screens–and shamefully sometimes before I go to bed I stare at my screen forcing my eyes to adjust to the glare while everything else around me is dark. No Bueno. I need to do better.

Don’t be like me, either.

TAYE Gifographic_FINAL

While we take such a great effort to be healthy, eat all the green things and move our bodies daily we also have to be super good about taking care of our eyes. Just like all other muscles, our eyes need regular care to maintain maximum performance.

Think About Your Eyes is a national public awareness campaign that promotes the benefits of eye health, helping people to get annual eye exams. By getting an annual comprehensive eye exam, eye problems can be detected at their early stages when they’re most treatable. Visit the Think About Your Eyes eye care professional locator to find an eye doctor near you and schedule an exam. See how easy I’m making it for you? :)

Did the information from the infographic and survey statistics make you realize the importance of eye care? How regularly do you visit an eye care professional? Have you been through anything that made you worry about you or your family’s eyes?

So I write for millennial moms and women who are always trying to finding time for fitness, how do you make time with your busy schedule?

I definitely think it is important to get something in if I don’t have time. A lot of people think that you have to spend a lot of time at the gym to be fit, you can actually do anything crunches, take a walk any little bit makes a difference.

We took a spinning class a few months ago but we didn’t get to meet, do you love to spin? What is your absolute favorite way to work out?

I don’t get to spin regularly because of my shooting schedule but I do love spinning but I also love stretching, pilates, cardio and barre classes.

How do you get the motivation to workout when there is so much STUFF to do like clean the house, or do homework with the kids, or even when you are just plain exhausted?

There are so many things pulling us in so many different directions. My biggest tip is to look ahead and figure out when you can plan your workout. Choose a time, schedule it in, and make it happen.

  • Making it a priority instead of waiting until the last minute
  • Make it a part of your routine to eat well.
  • My kids and I eat the same thing and we brush our teeth at the same time which helps us to have a bright white smile, we also eat breakfast at the same time. You have to be a good role model for your kids because they will adapt your habits.
Your brand new novel Opportunity Knocks has just been released! Congratulations! You pretty much do it all, from TV host to author to actress…which one do you love more?

I can’t choose one that I love more because I consider myself a storyteller. I love taking a story, getting it together, engaging an audience and making it fun, romantic and interesting.

During all of these roles you always look so great! What are some beauty tips that you might want to share for busy women that are constantly on the go?

Less is more. When I am not shooting, the only thing that I use is sunscreen, really light makeup such as a bit of mascara, lipgloss and lip balm.

Your partnership with Arm & Hammer is so great, what is your favorite part about using the products?

Alison Sweeney-2-2

There are several things that I love about the Arm & Hammer products including:

  • it strengthens you smile, being able to smile when someone wants to take your picture is a huge boost of confidence
  • It has a great taste, not too sweet
  • Clean and fresh
  • Plus it whitens!

Thank you so much Alison for the great interview!

Are you a fan of Alison? Which fitness/beauty tips would you give to a busy mom on the go?
