you are absolutely right! Looks like I deleted it during an update and pasted the ingredients by accident! So sorry! The recipe has been updated. but here are the instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. Add the potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley to a large bowl. Toss to combine. 3. Spread the potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown. 4. Top the potatoes with cheese and bacon and return to the oven to cook for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
