Hey y’all. Are we still full of turkey? No? Hmm.  My leftovers only ended yesterday and it was so sad. I might be the only person on the planet that thoroughly enjoys leftovers. It was a good run though!

Thanksgiving Day

So I wanted to share with you guys a fun little tool I picked up while surfing the interwebs. In my fitness blog wanderings I stumbled upon Cassie from blogilates. She is so cool! I am now officially obsessed with her blogs, workouts and now my new fit journal!

You guys know I have been using myfitnesspal for tracking calories but this is a physical (pink!) journal that I can write in my daily progress for the next 12 weeks.

Since I have my prepregnacy weight in sight for exactly 12 weeks from now I figured I would need to stay as accountable as possible!

I plan to do a full review of the actual journal but  I love it so much so far! The journal comes with a beautiful bookmark, meal plan and exercise plan. I don’t know if I will be following the plans to a T but I will definitely get some ideas from there!

  15. Girl, I love leftovers too! I was so sad that I couldn’t take any with me this year because we weren’t going home after our visit. I’m still thinking of all the food that I could have had. Yeah, I’m ridiculous.

    I need to get back to using MFP … it made me think about everything I put in my mouth but then of course one day I decided I didn’t want to be held accountable anymore or maybe I just didn’t want to write down a few things I ate that day. Either way, I need to get back to it.

    • You know Faith, MFP is just about habit. After 3 weeks I was doing it it without even thinking, its like a part of my nightly routine and if I have a few minutes during the day I log there. the app is super easy and it works!
