Friday Fitness Check In: Epic Workout Week


Welcome to the Friday Fitness Check In! I am using this as a bit of a fitness diary to keep my goals in check while sharing exactly what I am doing with you (since I get so many questions about it! :) Feel free to link up and do your own Friday Fitness Check In where you can keep track of the following:

It’s been a bit of a roller coaster week again, I’ve been eating dinner a bit late these days and the portion control has been nonexistent. I am all about trying to reign it in during the holidays but this has been sort of brutal. I suppose I never paid attention to it before but the holidays is an insane time for folks trying to lose weight. Between sweets being available everywhere, to holiday parties, to comfort foods—its tough! I am happy however, that I am aware of it so I can at least make the attempt to curb the crazy eating.

I had a pretty epic workout week this week. Despite being SICK STILL I managed to get in 5 hardcore quality workouts this week and I am VERY happy with that!

I have been getting some serious compliments lately which is very encouraging and motivating, and I was able to squeeze into another (old) pair of work pants which for me is like receiving a NEW pair of work pants! :)

Although there are sweets everywhere I turn and extra food—everywhere…I am still super motivated to lose this weight.

I didn’t weigh in for two reasons a) I had a loss last week 2) Historically when I workout more than normal the results aren’t seen until the next week!
