See you later 2011….Welcome 2012!

New Year’s Eve!

Living in NYC there is so much excitement wrapped up in the day! So many people in the city ready to watch the ball drop, its insane. You won’t find me anywhere near that madness but it sure is fun to watch on TV!

For me, it is a day of reflection, a day to look back at the previous year, acknowledge our rights and wrongs, ups and downs, and then look ahead to planning the future.

This year, I have no resolutions, however I do have commitments. I want to be more financially fit, I want to become more social when it comes to me or my kids. I want to explore my beloved borough more with my children, expose them to the arts as much as I can.

I want to take days off of work to do absolutely nothing. I want to develop my fashion/makeup into ultimate diva status (almost there, lol!) I want to make new blogging friends…I want to sometimes just stop and enjoy this beautiful life I have instead of running around busily all the time.

I have a feeling 2012 will be a wonderful year for all of us.

On this very last day of 2011, I wanted to take the time to wish you a very happy and healthy 2012! woo hoo!

What are your commitments for 2012?
