But this is why I do this check-in, to figure out how I’m feeling, and where to change if necessary. Next week is thanksgiving. I can’t lie. I’ll be eating. But! I am also planning on working out on Black Friday while everyone else is trampling over each other shopping for Black Friday Deals.
I will be aware of my limit. I’ll drink a gallon of water before I eat. I will work my tail off the next day.
