Total Time: 30 minutes

Toss chicken and potatoes with vibrant seasonings, wrap them in foil, and pop them in the air fryer for a fuss-free, flavorful meal. It's the perfect quick-fix dinner for any night of the week!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4-6 small potatoes (I used gold)
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp all purpose seasoning (season all)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp tonys creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the seasonings together in a bowl and set aside
  2. Chop up the potatoes into bite sized pieces*
  3. Add potatoes to a bowl of water to prevent oxidation (changing colors)
  4. Next chop up your chicken into slightly larger bite sizes, add to a separate bowl
  5. Drizzle olive oil on both chicken and potatoes
  6. Add half the seasoning to the potatoes and the other half to the chicken

Mix well coating all pieces *please make sure the potatoes are cut small* the smaller they are cut the faster they cook.

  1. Spray your foil with non stick before adding the potatoes and then the chicken.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees
  3. Fold the foil like a tent to keep the hot air inside of the foil to cook the food.
  4. Once ready cook for 25-30 min.
  5. Remove, serve and enjoy

Notes

If the chicken cooks before the potatoes are fork tender, remove the chicken, open the packet and let the potatoes cook for an additional 10-15 mins.  This can happen is the potatoes are too large for the foil bake, they will need extra time to cook.  If you want a nice roast on them, add a drizzle of olive oil for the second cooking.
