For the second week in a row food was awesome. Got my greens in, I was a little slack on the fruits but my water intake was stellar.
I am still mulling over what the nutritionist told me. She DID give me some good suggestions like upping my protein and ever since I’ve been super conscious to make sure I have protein at every meal. I’ve done this by sneaking an extra egg white or two with breakfast, or having a turkey wrap, or even nibbling on a protein bar in between meals. I actually haven’t had any cravings with since its that time, but I’m not questioning it!!
Oh HELLO these 5 day workout week! I swear things are just better when I go the gym at least 5 days!! Week 7 of Jamie Eason was pretty epic. Now that cardio is back in the picture, I am more exhausted than ever when I’m done! The hunger games have ceased, I no longer want to eat my arm when I leave the gym so that’s good.
Week 7 is a tough week, there even is a dedicated shoulder day when was So.hard. It is so not my favorite body part to workout!!
I am happy to be back lifting again though. The two week break was needed!
