Weekly Wednesday Workout: Towel Biceps Curl Arm Exercise
Time to work those arms (and legs!)
I actually really like this exercise! It’s a great compound move that can be done anywhere. Especially while traveling. And if you have a little extra on the hips and thighs (like ME) you give your arms even more of a workout!! I’m thinking the best place to do these would be right after getting out the shower because the towel is right there so you might as well! Another body weight movement to add to the anytime/anywhere list!
