Weekly Wednesday Workout: Calf Raises
I generally don’t do calf exercises because my calves have never been a “problem area” for me, but as a part of the Jamie Eason program these are a part of leg day:
These are tough! Again, these can be done at home, on any stable surface like stairs. In the program we aren’t holding on to anything we are actually supposed to have weights in both hands planted on the shoulders. The one legged calf raise is even harder and I can totally see my muscles popping in the mirror when I do it! (I wish I could the say the same thing when I do ab work!) Try this one , it will have you sore the next day for sure.
