I am using this as a bit of a fitness diary to keep my goals in check while sharing exactly what I am doing with you (since I get so many questions about it! 🙂 Feel free to link up and/or do your own Friday Fitness Check In in the comments where you can keep track of the following:

Food was meh. Not bad but certainly not good. I need to balance myself more so I have started snacking. This is really to make sure that I am not a ravenous animal when I get home after work. I have a vlog series upcoming on healthy snacks since I am still learning how to snack properly so make sure you stop by the youtube channel and subscribe!
I had such a low energy week this week. Maybe its the heat, or an upcoming friend visit, but good googamooga my natural energy resources were completely depleted! I managed to workout this week but what you don’t see is the incredible amount of determination it took to get myself there! I had a million excuses not to go, but my number one excuse to go kind of outranked them all:
Sometimes I have days where I don’t feel like going to the gym, it happens to the best of us right? However, I felt this way the entire week! It’s weird, not like myself, and I hope it ends soon!

On a happy note, Zumba returns this week and I have choreographed 5 new songs so I am raring to go!
