Weekly Wednesday Workout: Lift Off Lunges
We are working those legs and that booty today!
So I had never seen this move before I stumbled upon it on YouTube! I tried these in the house and they are so good for a quick burn! Not only that but with most lunges your heart rate goes up pretty fast but since the bounce adds an additional cardio element, the work you put in is serious!! I like it though, its a great way to part from traditional lunges too.
