Weekly Wednesday Workout: Donkey Kicks
Hey Y’all! Happy Hump Day! Today we are going back to the glutes, because as we have discussed before, it’s always all about the glutes 🙂
I love this move! It’s a classic move that has been done for generations and for good reason, it works!! It’s a great way to tone up and lift the read end. One thing I thought that the instructor mentioned in this video was to keep your back straight. For me that is something that I need to pay close attention to as I always let my back droop in the middle. Donkey Kicks are definitely TV #bamapproved! 🙂
