Welcome to the Friday Fitness Check In! I am using this as a bit of a fitness diary to keep my goals in check while sharing exactly what I am doing with you (since I get so many questions about it! Feel free to link up and do your own Friday Fitness Check In where you can keep track of the following:

Tuesday: Run (3m straight!)

Food was pretty good this week, I pretty replicated what I ate last week to hopefully not mess with the weight loss trend my body has started. Lots of green vegetables (we went through two WHOLE tubs of organic salad last week), I limited my juice intake to one cup a day and there were no after dinner snacks with the exception of grapes.
I am having a bit of an issue at around 5pm, which is usually the time that I am picking up the kids after work. I have tried to eat fruit to hold me down until dinner but something about that time frame has me craving salt like crazy. I’m working on it!
I also gave in to a craving of a ham and cheese sandwich from one of my favorite delis, but it was gross and so not worth it.
Feeling pretty good this week, getting a lot more compliments than usual and that always lights a fire under me, because Lord knows doing this day after day, ignoring the food I
really want to eat, and just being “on” in this weight loss progress is exhausting. Sometimes, I really say like dude–is all of it even paying off? Then I get a compliment. And I know its not all in my head.
I also tried on some of my #strugglepants and I added 3 more work pants to my every day use! This is very exciting because I have a lot of pre-preggo clothes and I am very happy I didn’t buy a ton of clothes in a new size.
WHY can’t I go to work in yoga pants?!
I didn’t weigh in this week because gold ole AF is here and I don’t mess with the scale when she is around.
And even though its still really, really cold outside I am looking forward to the days of spring, because no one loves to wear dresses more than this girl!
