I did pretty okay with my food this week, I ate fruit and veggies everyday, I avoided cake at the office and I kicked my subway habit (I can’t lie–I miss it) Hale and Hearty also had my absolute favorite soup and its an 8p+ soup so that worked great! Unfortunately, they only bring it around maybe once every 2 months. So I need to figure out a new plan for next week!
This was a hard week, I feel like in a few months I will look back and say MAN this was a hard week in my weight loss journey. However, I sorta of feel like I’m on the cusp of some kind of breakthrough therefore turning this test into a testimony. My stress levels were very, very high at work, I was juggling so many things, I literally could not keep up.
We all have days like these. They don’t necessarily help the weight loss, but it IS something we have to deal with accordingly and move on. The trick of it all is to keep going, keep eating healthy and keep believing in yourself. Despite what you feel.
I managed to keep up with my workouts and I concentrated all of my strength training on legs and abs this week since I am pretty happy with the recent definition of my upper body. Despite my lack of motivation to continue with my weight loss journey, I still went to the gym because well–I needed the endorphin’s! They never fail mep.s. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your amazing comments on my last post. You guys don’t even realize how important you are to my journey!!
How is your fitness goals coming along this week?
