12 Weeks PostPartum
- I started eating oatmeal for breakfast. I love oatmeal so I started preparing it for 2 days at a time, which helps a lot when you have a newborn. 60secs warm up in the microwave and you are good to go.
- I started eating a big bowl of salad a day. To be specific I’m eating a really from a really huge container of 50/50 organic spinach mix (no extras) . I am also measuring exactly one teaspoon of salad dressing as I know it can get out of control quickly. One tbsp is nothing honestly, but I get every single drop!
- I am extremely diligent with my fitness pal. I am logging every.single.thing. I had sort of fallen off the mfp regimen in the last couple weeks. But I realized that it holds you soo accountable. Before I reach for juice, there is a little voice saying is it worth it? What would MFP say? Ha.
- Drinking 80oz of water daily.
