I recieved free products in order to host a Disney Side @Home Celebration. The opinions expressed here are my own.
Last Saturday we hosted our Disney Side @Home Celebration, and there was a lot to celebrate–I had just turned 32 after all!
We got an amazing box full of awesome goodies from the lovely folks at Momselect and Disney that would make the party perfect! The box was CARS themed and perfect for the boys. We had everything from snacks, to decorations, to coloring books, crayons, games and more fun things for mom too.
We invited one of our favorite families over to join in on the fun of the #Disneyside party. Scherrie from ThirtyMommy.com has three boys, two of which are the same ages as my two and a incredibly adorable newborn that I simply get enough of. I simply melt when I look in his eyes.
In addition to watching Disney movies we all got together to make some fun crafts. We had the kids color their favorite Disney characters and punch holes in them so they can use them on their straws. This was pretty great because it helped to identify which cup was which as the day went on. We also had the kids cut out the memory cards so we could play the memory game with several Disney characters.
There were also some cool things in there for the adults! We had Disney Planning DVDs included which made me look forward to my trip in 2 weeks even more–if that’s possible! But there was also Herbal Teas from Twinnings and lots of laundry items from All, Wisk and Snuggle! The way to my heart is definitely through some clean laundry! 🙂
ThirtyDaddy was able to put together this really cool 100 piece puzzle, and although I didn’t get a chance to bake the Tie Die Cake, I can’t wait to have some fun with all the colors! There were so many cute little anecdotes like the snack baskets, the cupcake stand, the Mickey shaped pan, the HP photo paper and a ton of fun extras.
It was such a great time with the kids, they got to be creative, play fun games and show their Disney Side in so many ways.
