This Week’s Wednesday Workout : Planks With A Twist
This exercise is just like the ones we do at total body class. (Don’t you love how easy these are coming to the lady in the video?) I love it though. She is flowing through these push ups so effortlessly! As I’ve mentioned before I am pretty weak in my core area post baby so I have started to do lots of different ab exercises to start to get my mid section back to normal.
Push ups are hard enough but one thing I like about these is that you can’t do girlie push ups you have to go all the way with these in order to pull the knees up to the chest. It is great for the abs while giving a really good overall toning workout.
